FIG. 1 is a front, right side perspective view of a combination telephone, integral note pad, and writing instrument showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a top plan view of a wall mounted, second embodiment thereof;
FIGS. 3 and 4 are respectively bottom and top plan views of the second embodiment; and
FIGS. 5 and 6 are respectively right and left side elevational views of the second embodiment positioned horizontally.
The use of broken lines in all figures to indicate continuity of the coiled cord is for ease and facility of illustration.
