FIG. 2 is a front elevational view;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view;

FIG. 4 is a side view looking from the left of FIG. 2, the opposite side being substantially a mirror image thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a top plan view.

The dash lines in FIGS. 3 and 4 represent perforations.
