FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a seat belt for grocery shopping cart showing my new design, the seat belt being worn around a child's abdomen; and

FIG. 2 is a front perspective view thereof.

Both sides of the strap are plain and unornamented.

The broken line showing of the child and the grocery shopping cart in FIG. 1 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
