FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a lighted aerial toy showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof with the cap member removed for ease of illustration;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of a modified embodiment of the design shown in FIGS. 2 through 4;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view of a second modified embodiment of the design shown in FIGS. 2 through 4;

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a side elevational view of the cap member the side opposite being substantially a mirror image.

The characteristic feature of my design lies in the configuration of the raised central flare base as best shown in FIGS. 4, 7 and 9.

The broken line showing of the flare member in FIG. 1 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
