FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof, with the case in open position;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof, with the case in open position;

FIG. 7 is a right end elevational view thereof, showing the end opposite that shown in FIG. 2;

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof, with the case in open position; and

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view thereof.
