FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of that shown in FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment of that shown in FIG. 1, the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown;
