FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined rocking seahorse safety ring and detachable toy figures showing my new design with two of the detachable toy figures in extended positions;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the side opposite that shown in FIG. 1 with two of the toy figures and the safety ring in extended positions;
