The lines on the top and bottom ends and center of the supporting arm indicate flexible sections. The convex extensions of the base are fragmentarily shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 for the convenience of illustration. It is to be understood that these extensions are continuous around the section on the base on which they are partially shown.
