FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a cream applicator showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view, the opposite side being a mirror image; and

FIG. 3 is a bottom perspective view, the protrusions being continuous over the portions indicated by dot-dash lines.
