FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of the cover rotated 90.degree. from the showing in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an inverted side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is an enlarged partial sectional view taken along lines VII--VII of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 8 is an enlarged partial sectional view taken along lines VIII--VIII of FIG. 1.
