FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a locking clip, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, in an open position;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, in a partially closed position;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, in the fully closed position.

The side opposite that shown in FIGS. 2-4 and the bottom are plain and unornamented.
