FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a combined shower head and control valve, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being a mirror image of the left side shown;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the shower head portion thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 3.
