FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof with one wheel member shown in cross-section;

FIG. 3 is another cross-sectional view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and

FIG. 5 is an elevational view thereof, the side opposite being substantially identical.
