FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof, the case being opened and with the pad exposed;

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 8 is a right end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a left end elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 10 is a bottom plan thereof.
