FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a portable luggage carrier, showing my new design in a closed configuration;

FIG. 2 is a bottom rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom perspective view thereof, in an open configuration; and,

FIG. 4 is a top perspective view of the portable luggage carrier in an open configuration.
