The side and rear elevation views of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1-4 is the same as the front elevation view thereof shown in FIG. 2. The front, top, bottom, side and rear views of the embodiments of FIGS. 5 and 6 are the same as for the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1-4 except for the surface ornamentation thereof.
