FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a combined handle and stem for an air pump showing my new design, the broken-line showing of the base being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;
FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, the side opposite being identified in appearance;
FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear being identical in appearance;
FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and
FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.
