FIG. 7 is a fragmentary front elevational view thereof, showing part of the holder inclined toward the left;
FIG. 8 is a fragmentary front elevational view thereof, showing part of the holder inclined toward the right; and
FIG. 9 is a fragmentary cross sectional view thereof taken along lines 9--9 of FIG. 2.
