FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combination cargo belt-strap winder assembly showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear view being substantially a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being substantially similar in overall outline;

FIGS. 4 and 5 are respectively right and left end elevational views thereof;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the socket mount component of the combination assembly;
