FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear view being identical;

FIGS. 3 and 4 are respectively top and bottom plan views thereof;

FIGS. 5 and 6 are respectively left and right side elevational views thereof;

FIG. 7 is a front, top and right side perspective view thereof in high mode position;

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view thereof as illustrated in FIG. 7, the rear view being identical;

FIGS. 9 and 10 are respectively left and right elevational views thereof, as illustrated in FIG. 7.
