FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, the other sides being the same as the side shown; and

FIG. 5 is a cross sectional view taken on line 5--5 of FIG. 2.
