FIG. 12 is a perspective view in fully extended position;

FIG. 13 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 14 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 15 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 16 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 17 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 18 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The back elevation view of the FIG. 1 case as seen generally from the left in FIG. 1 is substantially the same as the FIG. 2 view.
