FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined container and cap showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is an elevational view looking in the direction of the arrow II of FIG. 1, the opposite side being the same in appearance;

FIG. 3 is an elevational view looking in the direction of the arrow III of FIG. 1, the opposite side being the same in appearance; and

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view.
