FIG. 9 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 10 is an end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a bottom plan view thereof; and

FIG. 12 is an end elevational view thereof, of the opposite side of FIG. 10.

The undisclosed sides and end views of the second embodiment are shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 5.
