FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof, shown with part of the side wall broken away; and

FIG. 6 is a sectional view thereof, taken along line 6--6 of FIG. 5.

The bottom of the speaker is plain and unornamented.

The broken line showing of the chain in FIG. 5 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
