FIG. 2 is a side elevational view;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view;

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view similar to FIG. 2 but wherein the seat cushion is shown in a lowered position; and

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view similar to FIG. 5 but wherein the seat cushion is shown in lowered position.
