FIG. 8 is a vertical sectional view thereof taken along the line 8--8 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 9 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment thereof, the only difference residing in the vertical panel to the right of the control elements; and

FIG. 10 is a right side elevational view of the embodiment of FIG. 9.
