FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a supporting and stabilizing stand for a boat showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the base portion of the supporting and stabilizing stand for a boat, the top portion of the stand being removed for better illustration of center port and leg supports;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.
