FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a clip board showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is another perspective view thereof with the strap member removed and the clip member in an alternate position;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the side opposite being a mirror image; and

FIG. 4 is a bottom perspective view thereof.
