FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined pen and holder showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a longitudinal side view of the combined pen and holder of FIG. 1 as taken from the obscured side thereof.

FIG. 3 is a longitudinal view of the combined pen and holder of FIG. 2, taken from the right side thereof.

FIG. 4 is a longitudinal view of a combined pen and holder of FIG. 2, taken from the left side thereof.

FIG. 5 is an end view of the combined pen and holder, as taken from the upper end of FIG. 3.

FIG. 6 is an end view of the combined pen and holder as taken from the lower end of FIG. 3.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing the combined pen and holder of FIGS. 1-6 in a different selective orientation of the pen with respect to its holder.
