FIG. 1 is a left side elevational view of a riding hat harness showing my new design, the broken line showing of a riding hat and strap are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.
