FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of the luggage carrier showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof which has been broken away in the center for convenience of illustration;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of FIG. 2, the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 4 is an end elevational view thereof the opposite end being a mirror image of the end shown; and
