FIG. 1 is a perspective view of my new design for a vehicle bumper;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a cross sectional view taken along 5--5 in FIG. 2.

The end opposite to that shown in FIG. 4 is the mirror image thereof.

The broken lines in FIG. 1 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of my design.
