FIG. 1 is a top, front, and right side perspective view of a combined plow and film layer showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being a mirror image; and

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The plastic material in FIGS. 1-5 is shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
