FIG. 7 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment of that shown in FIG. 1; and
FIG. 8 is a right side elevational view of that shown in FIG. 7, the opposite side being a mirror image.
The rear, top and bottom views for the embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 7 and 8 are identical to the rear, top and bottom views of the embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 5.
The dotted lines in FIGS. 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 and 8 represent stitching.
