FIG. 4 is an enlarged cross-sectional view thereof taken along the line IV--IV of FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged cross-sectional view thereof taken along the line V--V of FIG. 2;

FIG. 6 is an enlarged cross-sectional view thereof taken along the line VI--VI of FIG. 2;

FIG. 7 is an enlarged cross-sectional view thereof taken along the line VII--VII of FIG. 2;

FIG. 8 is an enlarged cross-sectional view thereof taken along the line VIII--VIII of FIG. 2; and
