FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined container and cover for dental restorative components, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being identical thereto;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view of the container thereof, with the broken-line showing of various articles placed in the container being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design.
