FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof, rotated 90.degree. degrees from FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof, rotated 90.degree. from FIG. 1, the right side being a mirror image; and

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof.

The broken line showing of the vehicular loudspeaker is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
