FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a pet carrying bag, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof showing the carrying bag in a closed position;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof showing the pet carrying bag in an open position;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 4;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 6; and

FIG. 8 is a perspective view taken from the front and left side thereof.

The handle straps have been broken away for convenience of illustration in FIGS. 2-6 and FIG. 8. The fragmentary broken line representation of a dog in FIG. 8 is for purposes of illustration only and forms no part of the claimed design.
