FIG. 1 is a side elevation view of a wheeled hand truck for transporting a cooler or the like showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a front end elevation view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a rear end elevational view thereof, with the strap in retracted condition;

FIG. 4 is a top perspective view thereof, with the handle and the strap in retracted condition; and

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof, with the strap in retracted condition.
