FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a data pen, in an exploded condition, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view of the data pen in a closed condition, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view;

FIG. 4 is an end view taken from the left end of FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is an end view taken from the right end of FIG. 3;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view; and

FIG. 7 is a top plan view with the cap member removed for convenience of illustration.
