FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a utility tray showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front perspective view of a second embodiment thereof; and

FIG. 4 is a rear perspective view thereof.

The bottom plan is flat, planar and unornamented.
