FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a foldable seat for use primarily in a boat showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof showing the seat in its open operative position;

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view thereof showing the seat in its folded inoperative position; and

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof.
