FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a combined key holder and remote control transmitter for antitheft apparatus showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof as seen from the left of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof as seen from the right of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a sectional view taken on line VII--VII of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view of a modified form of the design shown in FIG. 1, the undisclosed portions being identical to those shown in FIGS. 2 to 7.
