FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a bicycle wheel cover showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a side elevation view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown; and
FIG. 3 is an end elevation view thereof.
FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a bicycle wheel cover showing a second embodiment of my new design;
FIG. 5 is a side elevation view of FIG. 4, the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown; and
FIG. 6 is an end elevation view of FIG. 4.
The broken lines in the drawing are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
