FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a cushioned base clamp for lamps or the like showing my new design, the throat of the clamp being partially open, the other side elevational view being a mirror image of this view;
FIG. 2 is a view of the front thereof;
FIG. 3 is a view of the rear thereof;
FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and
FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.
