FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, looking from the left side of FIG. 4;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, looking from the right side of FIG. 4;

FIG. 4 is a front end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear end elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The partially shown sole pattern is continuous over the bottom.
