FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the Christmas tree stand showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an elevational view of the christmas tree stand on an enlarged scale, the view of the stand being identical at each 120.degree. rotation thereof about a central vertical axis;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof; and

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.
