FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a perspective view taken on line 4--4 of FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is an end elevational view thereof, taken in the direction of line 5--5 of FIG. 3;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is an end elevational view thereof, taken in the direction of line 7--7 of FIG. 3; and

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view of another embodiment of FIG. 1, with all undisclosed portions being substantially identical to that shown in FIGS. 3-7.

The fragmentary showing of the cord portion in FIGS. 2, 3, 6, 7 and 8 is for ease of illustration.
