FIG. 1 is a left side, top and front perspective view of a unitary telephone ear receiver element and attached microphone showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof, the side opposite view thereof being substantially a mirror image;

FIGS. 3 and 4 are respectively rear and front elevational views thereof; and

FIGS. 5 and 6 are respectively top and bottom plan views thereof.
